Bob Creamer, a political strategist and friend, pens a piece this morning in the Huffington Post on how progressives can deliver on creating a huge shift in our policies in 2009. In it, he discusses The Progressive Revolution and how Mike argues that change only comes great clumps together- “Big Change Moments”- which we are in right now. Those are the biggest times of which we have to take advantage.

Waymon Hudson, one of the best and smartest LGBT bloggers out there, reviewed The Progressive Revolution at The Bilerico Project, where he writes on the front page. In his review, he discusses what the LGBT community can learn from Mike’s cases of historial compromise and why it can go terribly wrong for the country. This is, Waymon argues, particularly relevant to think about as the LGBT community is gearing up for another fight on whether the Employment Non-Discrimination Act will be LGBT-inclusive or not.
